The Stroke Journal (TSJ) is an internationally peer-reviewed general medical journal published biannually by the Nepal Stroke Association. Established in 2018, TSJ is the first stroke journal from Nepal. It is currently in the process of being indexed by PubMed, PMC, DOAJ, OASPA, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, EBSCO, EMBASE, and other repositories.

The Stroke Journal (TSJ) is an official journal of the Nepal Stroke Association. Since 2020, TSJ has moved to one volume per year from two volumes annually (2018-2019).

- Good publication ethics as guided by the Committee on Publication Ethics.

Publisher
The Stroke Journal has been published biannually by the Nepal Stroke Association since 2018.
Funding
All expenses of TSJ are incurred by the Nepal Stroke Association (NSA).
Publication Charge Policy
TSJ does not impose fees for submission, article processing, publication, or reading. They will be prioritized for scientifically conducted research by authors from developing countries, aiming to enhance the visibility of their work within the scientific communities.
Archiving Policy
The Nepal Stroke Association archives both the print and digital versions of the journal in their NSA Library. Additionally, TSJ has plans to establish digital archives on a highly reputable and trustworthy platform.
